Starlight Kennels is Southern California’s leading Retriever & Gun Dog Training, Breeding, Boarding facility. Over the last 40 years, Paul has established himself as a leading trainer, having titled more Master American Kennel Club (AKC) Hunt Test Labradors than any other kennel in California. But it’s not this or any of the many other accomplishments that differentiate Paul from a myriad of other trainers. It’s something much more — love, knowledge, patience and an intimate understanding of the dogs he trains.

Breeding

For more than 20 years, Starlight Kennels’ breeding program has been renowned as one of the nation’s best. Breeding nothing but the finest Labrador Retrievers in the field (chocolate, black, and yellow), all of our dogs are health guaranteed and registered with AKC. These premier bloodlines of Master and Great hunters ensure puppies of unparalleled stock that you can trust to mature into accomplished hunters or pets. Boarding

Going out of town? Leave your worries and your dog behind at Starlight. Our state-of-the-art, all-indoor kennels provide a comfortable environment in which dogs can rest easy and quickly overcome the stress of being separated from their owners. we also feature plenty of outdoor space and give dogs plenty of time to exercise and socialize with other dogs. plus, our experts genuinely care for dogs and will spend quality time with them not because it’s their job, but because they like to.
